Job Requirements
- Spotting even the tiniest errors in invoices and reports
- Navigating Microsoft Office, Stripe, Smartsheet, and Asana
- Managing billing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation processes
- Collaborating with different teams to solve problems quickly
- Delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships
- A knack for organizing multiple projects at once
- Experience negotiating discounts, credits, or payment terms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to perform under tight deadlines without breaking a sweat
- An interest in driving operational efficiencies and cost savings
