Job Description

• Manage and grow assigned strategic data center accounts. • Lead sales efforts for integrated critical cooling systems, including chillers, hydronic systems, CDUs, and containment-based air delivery solutions. • Serve as the primary customer contact for technical and commercial discussions. • Engage directly with customer engineering, facilities, operations, and design teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. • Support customer meetings, technical reviews, and executive discussions. • Develop technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and product teams. • Monitor market trends related to high-density computing, liquid cooling, and data center efficiency. • Coordinate internally to ensure alignment between sales, engineering, and delivery teams. • Travel 30-50% requirement within the US.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales of data center cooling, critical infrastructure, or mechanical systems.
  • Strong mechanical engineering background or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with hyperscale or large-scale data center customers.
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Chiller plants and heat rejection systems.
  • Hydronic distribution systems.
  • CDU and primary/secondary loop architectures.
  • Redundancy and reliability requirements in mission-critical environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • Experience with OEMs or advanced cooling technology providers.
  • Familiarity with dry cooling and high delta-T system architectures.
  • Experience supporting liquid-cooled server environments.
