Job Description
• Sit at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering - helping customers get the most out of Yoodli
• Thrive in technical pre-sales conversations, guiding architecture reviews and crafting tailored solutions that showcase our platform’s value
• Support customers through onboarding and integrations
• Roll up your sleeves to tackle RFPs, security reviews, or support tickets to keep things moving
• Become a trusted advocate for our users - translating their real-world needs into product insights
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment
- Strong technical acumen—comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and love building from scratch
- Bias for action, low ego, and a passion for helping others grow through communication
