• Design, architect, plan, and build a suite of actionable business intelligence visualizations: Create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making and operational research on business drivers. • Enhance and optimize Power BI features: Continuously improve existing Power BI solutions by incorporating user feedback, implementing new functionalities, and ensuring optimal performance. • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver high-quality BI solutions. • Conduct high-touch business analysis and financial modeling to support Executive Leadership Team (ELT) decision-making. Provide insights that shape financial forecasts and impact analyses. • Lead initiatives aimed at improving processes and accelerating product development through data-driven insights. • Perform ad-hoc investigations and generate reports that address executive or client inquiries regarding business outcomes and performance metrics. • Organize and facilitate meetings with Operations, Sales, and Client Success teams to discuss product performance, trends, and insights, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
