• Own messaging strategy and brand voice across all customer touchpoints • Lead and build a team of copywriters across direct response, performance marketing, and email/SMS functions • Develop copy for landing pages, VSLs, ads, email campaigns, product pages, and review sites • Create ad copy frameworks for Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing, and native advertising platforms • Drive email and SMS copy strategy to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion • Partner with the Creative Director to ensure copy and visual creative elements work together seamlessly • Establish copy testing frameworks and drive a culture of continuous optimization • Ensure all content meets FTC compliance standards for the supplement industry • Support new product launches with compelling copy across all channels • Collaborate with Product Development to translate ingredient science into customer benefits
