• Lead CRE Workflow Design: Oversee end-to-end user journey design for advisor-driven wealth management workflows, collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs. • Configure CRE Functional Components: Configure CRE user workflows, navigation structures, role-based entitlements, layouts, and views; coordinate with Charles River teams to deploy updates into Production environments. • Manage IBOR Batch Processing: Configure and validate batch jobs required to support Charles River IBOR processes, ensuring accurate and timely data integrity. • Enable API-Driven Integrations: Configure and validate APIs supporting new accounts, updates, client restrictions, servicing requests (contributions, withdrawals, tax selling), portfolio transitions, and other CRE-enabled processes. • Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Lead team meetings and working sessions with business teams, ensuring clear communication, requirement alignment, and timely issue resolution.
