• Own the roadmap for worker deployment options, including self-hosted, managed, and serverless execution models • Drive the strategy for workflow and activity hosting, reducing the operational burden of running Temporal workers • Lead workflow versioning initiatives to enable safe, zero-downtime code deployments with excellent developer experience • Evolve the Temporal Worker Controller and KEDA integration for intelligent autoscaling based on workload characteristics • Define the path toward serverless worker execution, removing infrastructure management from the developer experience entirely • Partner with engineering to improve worker tuning, resource efficiency, and scaling behavior across diverse compute environments • Collaborate with customers and community to understand worker deployment pain points and validate solution directions
