Job Description
• Serve as the marketing lead from signed LOI through 90+ days post-close, translating deal complexity into clear, actionable integration plans.
• Share accountability for both strategic direction and day-to-day execution across integrations.
• Partner with M&A, Integration, Advisor Services, Technology, and Leadership teams to align marketing strategy with broader transition objectives.
• Provide executive-level clarity on integration risks, readiness, and growth opportunities.
• Surface potential friction points early and proactively escalate where necessary.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous situations where prior models may not exist.
• Work collaboratively across teams to solve integration challenges in real time, ensuring alignment within our offerings, while minimizing exceptions where possible.
• Align marketing onboarding to measurable growth outcomes — not just brand transition.
• Identify early-stage New Client New Money (NCNM) and Existing Client New Money (ECNM) activation opportunities.
• Support the development of a structured growth roadmap for each acquired firm.
• Identify repeatable revenue levers across integrations and formalize them into scalable playbooks.
• Track and report on KPIs including onboarding timelines, early marketing adoption, and growth activation milestones.
• Lead marketing diligence and readiness assessments pre‑close, partnering with M&A and Integration to shape integration strategy, resourcing, and growth expectations before APA.
• Assess prior marketing strategy, spend, brand positioning, client experience, digital presence, vendor dependencies, and growth potential.
• Lead, coach, and develop two onboarding project managers to operate with increasing autonomy and accountability.
• Establish clear performance expectations, deadlines, and execution rigor.
• Continuously evolve and standardize the marketing integration framework to support larger, more complex acquisitions.
