Job Description
• Communicate with managers/directors and end users to optimize scheduling
• Work with regions to standardize scheduling processes
• Develop and distribute reports to regional leadership team
• Assist with creating new departments in Epic and notify relevant teams
• Process provider and ancillary schedules timely to optimize access
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4 years experience in clerical operations in healthcare or customer service
- Technical knowledge of healthcare provider scheduling
- Preferred certifications: Certified Healthcare Access Manager, Certified Healthcare Access Associate, Certification as a Medical Assistant
- Must have computer skills for data entry and retrieval
- Proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard
