• Manage multiple Professional Services projects concurrently, from kickoff to delivery • Build and maintain client relationships, identifying objectives and ensuring successful outcomes • Own project plans, schedules, and milestones; track progress, escalate risks, and deliver status updates to stakeholders • Lead cross-functional teams, motivating members to meet goals and project commitments • Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to drive success • Support QA processes and facilitate User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality delivery • Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and templates within Professional Services • Keep systems of record (Zendesk, Salesforce, Asana, Harvest, etc.) updated in line with team standards.
