• Process transactions in QuickBooks • Assist and coordinate with external accountant as needed • Processing and scheduling payments to vendors, service providers, utilities, taxes, etc. • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal financial procedures • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) • Create, organize, and maintain a social media content • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives • Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels
