Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3- 5 years experience in managing corporate contributions and grants.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with set deadlines/guidelines.
- Experience working for a nonprofit organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a diverse environment and across cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to adapt to a changing work volume while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong independent thinking and judgment, combined with solid logical and ethical reasoning.
- Ability to problem-solve and develop long-term solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Good organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with database applications such as Salesforce, Monday.com, and Microsoft products
