Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or customer operations.
Demonstrated experience with AI/ML tools, particularly large language models and prompt engineering techniques.
Strong understanding of customer management systems, CRM platforms, and business process mapping.
Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Certification in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related field.
Background in financial services, SaaS, or technology consulting.
