Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in carrier-grade or large enterprise network environments
- Proven expertise with Cisco, Ciena, Arista, Nokia, and/or Juniper platforms
- In-depth understanding of IP/MPLS, BGP, OSPF/ISIS, Segment Routing, QoS, and DWDM/ROADM technologies
- Strong background in Optical Transport technologies (e.g., coherent optics, ROADMs, alien wavelengths)
- Multiple industry-recognized Certifications preferred
- Cisco CCNP (Routing & Switching or Service Provider)
- Juniper JNCIP / Nokia NRS / Ciena Certified Optical Professional
- Arista ACE / NSE or relevant OEM certifications
- Ability to lead technical workshops and effectively communicate with our clients and internal teams.
- Experience in scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Ansible) is highly desirable.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
- Excellent analytical and critical problem-solving skills
- Strong willingness to learn modern technologies via lab work and self-study.
- Strong desire to put team and company success above his or her own interests.
