• Provide guidance and organizational financial direction to Presidio’s Services Practice leadership • Partner with business to develop and facilitate financial forecasts and strategy • Ensure a timely and accurate financial close for the practice(s) they support • Present analysis and recommendations for the business based on results • Coordinate the work efforts with and manage several employees • Create detailed budgets and manage the budget with discipline and controls • Establish key business metrics and KPIs to measure business performance • Partner with broader FP&A, Accounting teams to support financial modeling, monthly close, reporting, and ad-hoc projects • Develop and manage a high-performing FP&A team that supports the Services business units
