Job Description
• Live chats with clients and tutors: resolving inquiries online during shifts
• Ticket handling: reviewing requests and finding solutions
• Proactive calls: contacting clients to resolve issues
• Matching: selecting relevant tutors on the platform based on client needs
Job Requirements
- Experience in support/customer service (Western markets) or a willingness to switch to IT (experience communicating with native speakers)
- Willingness to communicate in English both in chats and by phone (advanced level)
- Multitasking, quick adaptability, and attention to detail
- Nice to have: experience with CRM, helpdesk/desk systems, and Omnichannel platforms
