• Lead a team of 5-10 engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. • Create processes that drive quality and efficiency • Develop work plans and assign tasks, balancing priorities, resources, and capabilities • Track statuses, keep everything moving on-time and make sure no balls are dropped. • Review code and mentor engineers on career growth, performance, and best practices. • Encourage adoption of AI and other productivity tools to enhance engineering efficiency. • Communicate progress, risks, and process improvements to stakeholders. • Light hands-on development (~10%) • Occasional evening/weekend work for releases or production issues.
