Job Description
• Respond to multi-family customer inquiries, gather initial information, and assess needs.
• Manage customer expectations and communicate next steps in the buying process.
• Accurately enter and maintain lead, opportunity, and account data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Qualify leads, route them to the appropriate sales consultant, and schedule appointments or virtual demos as needed.
• Coordinate with outside sales to align follow-up practices and support customer engagement.
• Use internal sales tools and third‑party data to identify prospects and build targeted lead lists.
• Support lead‑generation activities, including outbound calling, campaigns, and market initiatives.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects supporting broader business and sales efforts.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience (inside or outside); B2B sales experience preferred.
- Multi-family or commercial segment experience is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent Allegion in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated customer‑focused and sales‑oriented mindset.
- CRM experience required, Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Power BI is considered a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Experience with lead-list management within multi-family or commercial market segments.
