Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, executive support, or similar fast-paced environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working directly with executives and influencing without authority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to shape narratives for senior audiences
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
- Resourceful, scrappy, and self-directed — able to operate independently in ambiguous situations
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
- Strong systems mindset; constantly looking for ways to improve how things work
- Strong Google calendar/e-mail/do skills
- Calm, composed, and solution-oriented under pressure
