Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations within licensing, publishing, or product development, with a focus on gaming or entertainment companies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep knowledge and passion for the UGC games ecosystem and understanding of the major players and current trends.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry and its trends.
- 5+ years of experience in either game production or games marketing, credited on numerous launched titles.
- Experience with new gaming platforms and technologies, including streaming.
