Job Description
• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Pulumi and other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Automate deployment processes for cloud services, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and improve developer productivity.
• Implement observability best practices, including logging, monitoring, and alerting for cloud services.
• Optimize cloud costs and performance, ensuring efficient use of AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve infrastructure security, compliance, and operational resilience.
• Engage with the Pulumi open-source community, sharing best practices and contributing to enhancements in infrastructure automation.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Pulumi or Terraform
- Strong application development skills in languages like Go, or TypeScript
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
- Understanding of observability tools (Cloudwatch, Honeycomb, Sentry)
- Experience with security best practices, including identity management, encryption, and policy enforcement
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational excellence and reliability
- Passion for developer experience, infrastructure automation, and improving cloud workflows
- Leverages AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity
