Job Description
• Develop and document a content strategy aligned to AWS partnership priorities, field needs, and NeuraFlash’s GTM goals
• Create high-quality, conversion-driven content across a wide range of digital channels (email, web, blog, social), supporting the marketing and sales funnel from awareness to opportunity acceleration
• Serve as a content architect and storyteller—translating complex AWS narratives (Amazon Connect, Bedrock, Lex, agentic AI, GenAI automation) into clear, concise, and compelling messaging
• Produce, edit, and manage content assets including:
• Solution briefs, one-pagers, and sales collateral
• Presentations, pitch decks, and AWS-facing enablement materials
• Email campaigns and nurture tracks
• Blog posts, thought leadership articles, and customer success stories
• Event materials, webinar assets, and post-event campaign content
• Partner with subject matter experts across AWS and NeuraFlash to create content that is technically accurate, resonant, and aligned with brand and partner messaging
• Maintain a content and editorial calendar that aligns with AWS co-selling motions, marketing campaigns, and product releases
• Build and distribute targeted email and digital campaigns that support AWS account teams, demand gen programs, and vertical GTM initiatives
• Apply SEO, SEM, and digital best practices to increase discoverability and engagement
• Track and report on content and campaign metrics—identifying insights to improve pipeline generation and AWS seller engagement
• Work closely with AWS teams, NeuraFlash sales, product, and marketing to gather input, validate messaging, and align content with field priorities
• Support business development initiatives by developing compelling pursuits and enablement materials
• Participate in GTM planning sessions, training, and content workshops to continually enhance marketing effectiveness
• Collaborate with Salesforce sales, marketing, and product teams to identify areas of cross-collaboration across both partnerships
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content development, B2B marketing, or GTM roles (preferably within the AWS ecosystem or cloud/AI technology landscape)
- Strong understanding of AWS, including Amazon Connect and the broader AI/GenAI ecosystem (Lex, Bedrock, agent assistance, automation)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and create content that converts prospects into qualified leads
- Hands-on experience creating multi-channel content: email campaigns, blogs, whitepapers, sales decks, infographics, and digital assets
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, CMS platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce), and email marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and project management discipline
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with global teams, sales teams, and technical stakeholders
- A proactive, high-energy, self-starter mentality with a passion for cloud, AI, and shaping the future of customer experience technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
