• Audit and stress-test the existing Excel model across all tabs (origination, portfolio, waterfall, warehouse, P&L, cash flow) for formula integrity, cross-tab consistency, and economic reasonableness • Rebuild or refine the payment waterfall to properly model SPV cash flows, priority of payments, and residual distributions under base, stress, and covenant-breach scenarios • Validate warehouse facility mechanics: advance rate calculations, borrowing base certificates, utilization tracking, unused commitment fees, and facility capacity constraints • Build covenant compliance tracking: DSCR coverage tests, concentration limits, delinquency triggers, and portfolio performance thresholds with early amortization modeling • Sensitize key assumptions (collection rates, chargeoff rates, factor rates, WAL) and produce scenario analysis output suitable for lender presentations • Ensure cash flow statement conforms to ASC 230 treatment for specialty lending (loan originations as investing, warehouse draws as financing, net income as operating) • Produce a clean, presentation-ready model with clear assumption inputs, documentation tab, and print-formatted summary pages
