Job Description

• Provide evidence-based treatment to clients, primarily via telehealth. • Conduct mental health assessments, individual, group, and family therapy. • Deliver counseling, referrals, and intervention services tailored to client needs. • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines. • Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans.

Job Requirements

Masters degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
Active LICSW or LMFT in Massachusetts.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Basic technical skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, PDF documentation).
Secure, private workspace with reliable internet and equipment for telehealth.
Experience with EMDR, evidence-based practices, or telehealth preferred.
