• Reporting to the SVP, State Product Management, the Director, State Product Management Analytics is the single-threaded owner for the State Product Management insights ecosystem • The Director also partners closely with Data Science, Data Engineering/Technology, and actuarial and product leaders to ensure advanced analytics are operationalized into trusted, decision-ready insights • Own the end-to-end architecture for SPM Product insights • Lead delivery mechanisms that make Product insights quick, easy, and accurate to access • Own insight quality and trust: accuracy, lineage, documentation, validation, and repeatability for all SPM Product performance measures • Lead the operationalization of Data Science assets into SPM Product decision support • Serve as the primary, accountable voice for Product results across the organization
