Job Description
• Manage sample tracking to ensure all final products arrive ahead of photoshoots and launches
• Review samples for accuracy and maintain detailed product knowledge
• Support photoshoots, including onsite sample management and documentation of styles/colorways
• Prepare product launch briefs outlining SKUs, pricing (MSRP), materials, and key selling features
• Coordinate jewelry labeling processes, including file creation and vendor communication
• Update marketing materials and collaborate with Marketing and Copywriting to ensure accurate product messaging
• Capture behind-the-scenes content to support social media initiatives
• Provide operational support for packaging and collection development
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in product development, merchandising, marketing operations, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams preferred
