• Own the post-onboarding education roadmap and programming calendar (continuing education, upskilling, refreshers, and targeted retraining). • Lead the strategic use of the weekly Clinical Education hour, guiding required learning, clinical content, and cohort-based interventions. • Build scalable programming that supports a distributed clinical workforce. • Partner with Quality & Safety teams to identify learning needs based on audits, quality trends, patient safety signals, and practice variation. • Translate data insights into targeted education plans and measurable adoption strategies. • Reinforce learning initiatives that support consistency and clinical excellence. • Establish a framework for identifying Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure high-quality clinical content. • Define standards for learning objectives, educational rigor, feedback loops, and program evaluation.
