Job Description

• Develop and execute product commercialization strategies aligned with company goals. • Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Manage product packaging analysis to maximize revenue growth. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive backlog of product growth opportunities. • Lead product management team to scale strategic capabilities. • Provide guidance on product best practices and industry trends. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, implementation and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product launches. • Provide regular updates on strategies to leadership, promoting alignment and transparency. • Regularly interact with clients. • Offer guidance, mentorship, and support for team alignment, effective decision-making, and successful product outcomes. • Cultivate a culture of collaboration and high performance within the team
