Job Description

• You'll own the full sales cycle: prospecting and qualifying enterprise accounts, running discovery with VP+ engineering and product leaders, navigating complex buying processes, and closing six- to seven-figure contracts. • You'll work directly with our founder to shape positioning, refine our ICP, and build the playbook for the sales organization we're growing. As the early sales leader here, you will have clear paths into management roles as we scale the team.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years selling complex services or B2B software to enterprise accounts
  • Track record of closing $500K+ deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of how software teams work; you can speak credibly to CTOs and VPs of Engineering about their challenges
  • Hunter mentality: you're energized by building pipeline, not just working inbound leads
  • Comfort with consultative, relationship-driven sales (our approach is "win-win or no deal")
