Job Requirements
- Proven leadership experience building and directing AI, automation, data science, or engineering teams within healthcare services
- Demonstrated ability to operate in distributed, multi-location or offshore-enabled models
- Previous experience in a private equity–backed organization or fast-paced environment
- Forward-looking strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate emerging technology needs
- Hands-on ownership of core AI/automation functions including model development
- Prior experience assessing technology infrastructure with scalable systems
- Ability to build strong relationships across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated success implementing analytics, automation, KPIs, and monitoring systems
- Experience navigating compliance, security, and audit requirements within a healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of data governance and technology planning
- Exceptional communication skills
- High-energy, entrepreneurial leader with a hands-on approach.
