• Support all aspects of day-to-day project management, including ownership of specified project deliverables and workstreams • Support in agile product development workflow, including Jira ticket creation and management • Manage interconnected workflows across various disciplines (i.e. UX, UI Design, Development, and QA) • Utilize project management tools to ensure tasks are updated and properly assigned to team members • Keep project on track through clear task lists, organized meeting notes and action items • Manage and/or track project assets and documents • Help prepare internal and client-facing presentations, including coordination of meetings • Support in resource management, including on-boarding of new team members • Manage freelancer & vendor invoicing • Assist in developing project estimates and schedules • Proactively identify ways to improve workflow efficiency and output quality • Work with team members to problem solve and keep project moving forward • Follow LFL’s standard project management processes, including utilizing LFL tools & templates • Other ad hoc projects as assigned by direct supervisor
