• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, empowering them to grow and excel in their roles. • Manage a team of 6 to 8 technical consultants responsible for oversight and escalation support on team members projects • Work with delivery leadership to ensure successful project outcomes using business defined KPI’s • Ensure projects are delivered on time, at the highest quality standards while exceeding client expectations. • Design and implement complex, mission-critical transformational enterprise grade technical solutions for clients. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling • Develop high quality deliverables and presentations for Client engineering teams and senior leaders, this can include both technical documentation and non-technical documentation. • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical challenges and develop tailored solutions to address their needs • Create and present solution designs, options, ideas, and innovations to clients’ senior leadership teams. • Develop and maintain Technical Roadmaps and Services Portfolio. • Actively lead collaboration within our technical communities
