Job Description
• Issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to suppliers, track responses, and evaluate quotes to ensure compliance with government regulations, public laws, and company policies and procedures
• Analyze supplier cost and pricing data to perform comprehensive price evaluations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to assess supplier proposals
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- An Advanced Degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project/Program Management
- Experience issuing RFXs and receiving supplier data
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the TRUTHFUL COST OR PRICING DATA / Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
