• Own the end-to-end weekly payroll cycle for the Western US region • Conduct quality checks on payroll inputs performed by Payroll Admin team • Serve as primary contact for payroll inquiries • Oversee payroll side of benefits (401k, FSA/HSA) • Manage wage garnishments and tax levies • Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws • Maintain accurate worker records in payroll systems • Document and streamline payroll systems and processes
