• Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives • Translate complex trading workflows into intuitive, high-performance user experiences • Lead discovery through user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping • Design data-dense dashboards, risk views, and performance interfaces • Partner closely with Product Managers to define feature requirements and user flows • Collaborate deeply with Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect, technically feasible execution • Establish and evolve Tradeify’s product design system • Improve trader onboarding, activation, and lifecycle experience • Influence product roadmap through user-centered insights
