Job Description

• Partner with stakeholders, business SMEs, vendors, and technology teams to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and implementation goals • Facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis, process flows, and solution design for new initiatives and system enhancements • Oversee project execution from initiation through post-implementation, managing deliverables, dependencies, risks, and resource alignment • Track and manage tasks in project management software using Agile methodology, ensuring accountability and timely delivery • Own communications for assigned projects, including updates, risks, timelines, and key decisions • Develop and deliver training materials and communications for system and process changes • Create test plans, scripts, and manage UAT, ensuring quality delivery prior to roll-out • Monitor system performance and end-user feedback, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and revenue growth

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of combined Business Analysis and Project Management experience leading large-scale initiatives
  • Financial services or mortgage industry experience (HELOC, Non-QM a plus)
  • POS system experience strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of Quality Assurance Testing, including UAT leadership
  • Experience with Loan Origination Systems (Ellie Mae Encompass a plus)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or comparable)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana or similar)
  • Strong foundation in Project Management Methodologies (Agile required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)
