• Act as the solutions lead in sales engagements, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proposal development. • Translate business and operational challenges into platform-based architectures and solutions. • Lead client workshops, business process mapping, and solution scoping sessions. • Present technical architectures and business value to stakeholders from plant staff to executive leadership. • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client technical inquiries with structured, compelling solutions. • Design scalable MES, TMS, QMS, IoT, and operational intelligence solutions using the company’s no-code platform. • Architect integrations between the platform and ERP systems, PLCs, SCADA, historians, and other production systems. • Mentor junior architects and delivery team members on platform best practices.
