Job Description
• Provide safe, quality health care services & assistance to patients
• Perform clinical care activities for patients within the scope of practice
• Maintain a working knowledge of applicable laws/regulations
• Advocate for patients and inform/counsel patients & families about illness & care details
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of an accredited program associated with license
- License in the applicable state(s) of engagement
- Valid driver’s license where required by assignment
- 4+ years of nursing experience
- Knowledge of revenue cycle & denial management functions
- Customer service background
