• Accelerate customer time-to-value by ensuring rapid adoption and operational excellence for AI solutions. • Act as a strategic partner to department leaders within the company and external clients as needed, mapping AI capabilities to business goals, identifying new use cases, and driving expansion. • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including scoping, technical setup, and training, to ensure successful deployment. • Track and analyze key AI usage metrics, such as model performance, adoption rates, and ROI, to inform optimization strategies. • Guide clients through the organizational changes required for AI adoption, focusing on training and cultural alignment. • Act as a liaison between the clients/departments and the AI product/engineering teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for product enhancements. • Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, ethical concerns, or security risks in AI deployment. • Manage and lead a small team of Machine Learning Engineers.
