Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience and comfort presenting information to colleagues and external consultants.
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently on projects, fully own tasks and processes, and follow through to completion.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities to meet deadlines and escalate key issues.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, changing operational environment with shifting priorities.
- Works well with diverse teams and consultants and is highly collaborative.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with programming languages (i.e., SQL), data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis tools (i.e., R, Python, and SAS) is a plus
