Job Description
• The Title Analyst is responsible for the efficient, effective review and interpretation of title abstracts, certified title opinions, stand-up title opinions, and related documents.
• Clearly and concisely communicates ownership and curative analyses to variety of customers inside the company.
• Maintains confidentiality in the handling of all business activities.
• Understands priorities and deadlines as conveyed by Manager or Title Analyst III/IV and effectively executes, with periodic supervision.
• Utilizes all tools available to make timely analysis that facilitates the company's goals.
• Interprets legal documents and law firm work product and spot issues with the same.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years' experience reviewing title or drafting title opinions.
- High proficiency with all MS Office applications.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with oil and gas title review and analysis within the company’s operating area.
