• Conduct detailed analyses to generate strategic insights and identify performance improvement opportunities. • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery of engagement milestones and contractual deliverables. • Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and discussions with mid- to senior-level leaders. • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and achievement of engagement outcomes. • Deliver consulting engagements independently or as part of a project team, including leading defined workstreams. • Collaborate with analysts, consulting staff, and cross-functional partners to achieve project objectives. • Respond to ad hoc client requests for data analysis, strategy development, and coaching. • Support sales and practice development initiatives, including contributing to new product and service enhancements. • Monitor engagement budgets and achieve targeted annual client chargeable hours.
