• Ensure proper resolution of all registration, coverage, and eligibility related issues • Post all manual adjustments as necessary and select the appropriate adjustment codes • Resolve external clearinghouse edits and payor rejections • Make updates to patient registration and initiate rebilling of accounts • Attend and actively participate in monthly conference calls with assigned physician group
