• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a defined product or major product area. • Ensure alignment between product strategy, company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities. • Make informed trade-offs to maximize customer and business impact. • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and iteration. • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high quality solutions on time. • Balance new feature development, technical investments, and operational improvements. • Conduct ongoing customer discovery, Voice of Customer (VoC), and market research to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities. • Validate solutions through research, experimentation, and data before and after launch. • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Implementation and Customer Success to ensure successful delivery and adoption. • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics related to adoption, engagement, retention, and business impact. • Act as a senior individual contributor and role model for product management best practices. • Mentor and support other product managers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
