• Provide critical coaching, mentoring, and auditing functions on IT portfolio projects • Ensure review and quality of the project artifacts, deliverables, and process adherence • Mentor IT Delivery Analysts on auditing functions on projects and processes • Audit and provide quality assurance of high or multiple medium rigor projects • Advise PM on accurate project team, tasks, and financial information in Clarity • Support scope of project with budget reconciliation in Clarity • Facilitate cross functional agile collaborative teams • Remove impediments that hinder project progress • Monitor the progress of the sprint • Manage development tracking system to include product and sprint backlogs • Document and submit project change requests on behalf of the Project Manager
