Job Description
Job Requirements
- BS or BA required, MS or MBA desired.
- 10+ years related Quality Assurance leadership experience required (12+ years preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Testing including general system testing, scenario and regression testing.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with testing tools and technologies, such as defect tracking tools, test management tools, and test automation frameworks.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in test automation and performance testing.
- Advanced skills (8+ years) in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in SQL and in Database Testing.
- Deep expertise (8+ years) in Selenium, JMeter, and API testing frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines with hands-on experience integrating solutions into Azure DevOps.
- In-depth understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience designing automation frameworks from scratch.
- Advanced proficiency in executing test cases, logging defects, and managing defect lifecycles.
- Expert analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- In-depth experience with industry tools: Smartsheets, SharePoint, Power BI, preferred.
- Proven experience with writing, maintaining and improving automated test scripts.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, Excel, and relevant scripting for automation and reporting.
- Insurance Industry, Big 4 Advisory, Financial Services experience desired.
- Proven experience managing large scale process development/improvement initiatives, including the implementation of automated test scripts.
- Advanced understanding of Organizational Change Management practices, including testing process improvements and automation strategies with applicable road maps.
- Ability to excel and lead in ambiguous situations.
- Expertise in facilitating a team in collaborative decision-making in a remote environment.
- In-depth understanding of project management terminology, concepts, processes & tools, with an ability to creatively apply to projects, without increasing risk.
