• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles: sourcing, screening, managing interviews, and closing offers. • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates through creative sourcing and outbound strategies. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft outreach strategies, and calibrate on talent quality. • Manage candidate experience end-to-end — ensuring every interaction reflects Canals’ culture of transparency, excellence, and ownership. • Use data to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and hiring velocity to continuously improve process. • Represent Canals authentically to the market, telling our story in a way that excites top technical talent.
