Job Description

• Collaborates closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and value stream efficiency from wing to wing • Partners with suppliers and HRSG fulfillment leaders to develop and implement improved standard work processes • Works to ensure supplier performance and scalability for growth and execution to business needs • Focuses on enhancing overall operational efficiency and reducing lead times • Drives continuous improvement and sustains high performance in HRSG delivery and project execution

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR HS Diploma/Equivalent with 10 years of experience Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Engineering
Minimum of 5 years experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations or Project Management in Power Generation or EPC companies
Significant Sourcing Experience for Power Generation products; preferably with a focus on plant equipment accessories (MSD, BOP, HRSG)
Must be willing and able to work to cover EST and AP time portion of time zones
Experience with SAP, Smartsheet and Tableau
