Job Description

• Working with Go, C/C++, Lua, or similar languages • Building agent frameworks and orchestration layers • Designing and scaling distributed systems • Implementing new technical directions • Development in partnership with the CTO to shape the platform's core

Job Requirements

  • Strong Engineering Foundations and AI expertise: Practical exposure to AI systems beyond simple API usage
  • Personal projects, experiments, or custom implementations as a proof of experience are critical requirements
  • Senior-level experience with the ability to independently deliver working prototypes (PoCs)
  • Deep expertise in at least one of the following: Go, C/C++, Systems/Runtime development, or Cloud infrastructure
  • High Adaptability: Comfort operating in an evolving technical landscape without rigid task boundaries
  • A natural curiosity about the future of AI infrastructure and a readiness to learn new tools or languages as needed
  • An attitude that sees change as opportunity, not disruption
  • Ownership Mindset: A "Brilliant Solver": We need a professional with a results-oriented approach who can find a way through any technical blocker
  • Proactive attitude in ambiguous situations and direct collaboration with technical leadership
  • Self-Direction: Ability to operate with no need for hand-holding or convincing to ship a feature
