Job Requirements
- Ph.D or Masters degree with 5+ years of industry experience required.
- 3+ years experience in developing mathematical and statistical models that measure mental health outcomes used to understand patients, treatment outcomes, and inform treatment decisions.
- 3+ years experience analyzing experimental data, observational data, and handling missing data in real-world treatment settings.
- 3+ years experience with experimental and observational study design.
- 3+ years experience with and deep understanding of causal inference, multilevel models, and other advanced statistical techniques.
- Established track record in academic writing and publishing.
- Proficient in SQL, Github, and statistical software (R preferred).
- Ability to write clear, maintainable, extensible, and testable code.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Independent, organized, and solution-driven.
